TextWrangler is the BEST.
I say BEST because it allows you to open files which on a remote server and edit them and save them without actually downloading and uploading back. It has options to open the directory (using the disc browser option) in the left pane containing all you script files and switch between them to edit and save. I did not come across such a text editor which is this handy to open and edit files. The user interface is very good...
