Apple seems far behind on making very popular and great programs that are available in Windows, available for Mac. Serif Page Plus is an excellent program and easy to use. I tried others but none as good. GenoPro is another excellent program for working with genealogies and I have found absolutely no Mac program that compares to its simplicity and versatility. Tried the Mac supposed equivalent but it was terrible. Couldn't do what I wanted. It was frustrating. I find that programs Apple tries to be an equivalent to Windows just don't cut it. Either make it so Mac can use it or create a better program. So far Apple's equivalents don't meet the grade or are far more costly.
