WinSCP by Martin Prikryl is one of the most popular, powerful and safe FTP (File Transfer Protocol) clients, but when you start working under Mac OS X, it is no longer a viable solution. Why don't you consider a remote file system that uses sshfs? Thus you can use the remote file system as your local one. No need for any clients.

After running this command your local folder will show content of the remote folder. If you open a file in sublime and save it, then it will be updated...
Can't but agree with Vladus, the dual pane thing is really handy. I'm using FileZilla at the moment. Pretty fast and straightforward, but if anyone could suggest an FTP client with a dual pane interface...
The main selling feature is the dual control pane of WinSCP.
I like having my local machine on the left and a remote one on the right so that I can drag-and-drop.
This way I just maximize it on my other monitor.
Right now it's in Parallels but I'd like not to use VMware because it's a sap...
